Michigan Man Dies From Driving While Watching Porn

All of a sudden texting while driving sounds a whole lot safer.

A freeway near Interstate 75 in Michigan was the site of a fatal rollover car crash Sunday morning that was likely caused by masturbating while driving,The Smoking Gun reports.

According to sate police, Ray Jones, 58, was driving his 1996 Toyota on the freeway around 3:40 a.m. when the crash occurred. Authorities believe Jones, who was discovered without pants on, became distracted while watching porn on his cell phone and lost control of his car. He was partially ejected through the sunroof of his car and was pronounced dead on the scene.

"We see people putting on makeup, we see people doing different things as far as hygiene, as far as reading books, it's almost to the fact there's so much technology out there a lot of people are more paying attention to what they're doing other than driving their cars," State Police Lt. Mike Shaw told CBS News Detroit.

No other drivers were struck.
