Model Cleo Glyde Alleges Epstein Paraded Her as a "Sexy Nurse" for Trump's Entertainment
READ TIME: 2 MIN.
Australian model Cleo Glyde has reignited public scrutiny over the network of power surrounding Jeffrey Epstein and former U.S. President Donald Trump. In a series of interviews and recent podcast appearances, Glyde detailed a bizarre and troubling episode from the late 1980s, when Epstein allegedly orchestrated a visit to Trump Tower with the intent of showing off his social connections. According to Glyde, she and another young woman were dressed in white "sexy nurse" attire at Epstein's request, a stunt she says was designed for Trump's entertainment and to highlight Epstein’s own status in elite circles .
Glyde, then 22 and working as a fashion model in New York, recalls meeting Epstein through mutual friends and being drawn into his "Great Gatsby–like" world. She described Epstein’s early charm and his penchant for elaborate, performative gestures. In recounting her introduction to Trump through Epstein, Glyde said that Epstein was eager to impress Trump—and to display his own access to young, attractive women. Epstein reportedly encouraged Glyde and her friend to wear white, saying, “Oh my God, you look just like a nurse,” before leading them to Trump Tower for what he characterized as a “hilarious stunt” .
Glyde noted that Trump responded with smiles and laughter, although at the time she did not feel uncomfortable. In hindsight, however, she regards the incident as part of a pattern of “performative power games” and social climbing, with young women used as “trophies on display” for powerful men .
Glyde’s experiences with Epstein extended beyond the Trump Tower incident. She described how Epstein’s demeanor shifted from friendly to aggressive, recalling a traumatic moment aboard his private jet when he sexually assaulted her. She also witnessed Epstein whispering graphic and inappropriate remarks to a friend during a separate visit to his townhouse. These episodes ultimately led Glyde to sever all contact with Epstein .
Glyde’s account underscores the ways in which Epstein’s social circle blurred boundaries between friendship, coercion, and spectacle. “It all felt like a game to them,” she said. “And we were just pieces on the board.”
The Trump camp has dismissed Glyde’s claims as “fake news,” suggesting they are part of a broader political agenda. A spokesperson for Trump called the allegations “just more stupid, fake news playing into the Democrat hoax,” while also claiming Trump had called for transparency regarding Epstein’s activities. However, recent remarks by Speaker Mike Johnson contradict this narrative, suggesting that Trump may have had a deeper involvement with Epstein than previously acknowledged.
Meanwhile, survivors of Epstein’s abuse continue to demand further transparency and accountability. Press conferences and public forums have highlighted ongoing concerns about the extent of Epstein’s connections and the complicity of powerful figures .
